During these years he elaborates the projects and he survays the construction of a series of Workers Housing and Hotels. He was the first architect in Greece to introduce, on a big scale, the process of standardization during the concept and the construction. Many of his works either do not any more exist (Demolished !) or they are in disuse. Motel Xenia in Gournes, Iraklion, Crete, is one of these last. And it decays in a splendid way.
